The Indian Community of Physician Women of aRizona

About ICPWR

The Indian Community of Physician Women of aRizona welcomes all women physicians of Indian origin. We come together for events several times per year where we can connect, support one another's goals, and grow together as professionals in our field. Our event themes cover topics like physician wellbeing, summer programs, college counseling, how to run a practice, academics, financial literacy, physician investing, and more.

Our Mission

ICPWR offers a platform for Indian women physicians to engage in an intellectually enriching networking group where they can exchange ideas for professional development, engage in fulfilling professional activities, and provide for the growth of future Indian women physicians in the U.S.

Our Goals

1. To promote professional and social cohesiveness among Indian women physicians to connect and network for a more successful personal and professional lifestyle

2. To provide mentoring opportunities for future women physicians entering the work place

3. To provide workshops aimed at personal growth, financial literacy, summer programs and college counseling for families, and leadership development
